How generation works and source accuracy

Gemini prepares lessons and teaching notes based on the selected curriculum topic. PDF searches count towards usage limits and may incur costs. AI content needs review for accuracy and currency. Only curriculum details and optional teaching notes are sent to Gemini, never student records. You may edit, download and print saved work without headmaster approval.

  2. Choose a curriculum learning indicator; add checked teaching references where the library contains only an outline.
  3. Generate, review and edit lessons, teacher notes and assessments.
  4. Save and download Word or print to PDF freely.
  5. Record attendance and class scores, then submit your whole class's reports at term end.

Your Headmaster sees school administration and terminal reports. Your private lessons are not an approval queue.

Create a worksheet or class assessment from your own saved lesson. The system suggests only questions actually present in the saved reference; if none exist, write your own. Review every question before issuing it.

What this tool does not do

It does not invent examination questions, fabricate correct answers or claim that unverified curriculum text is official. Teachers can edit and replace every question before saving or printing.

Welcome photographs

The headmaster can select up to two photographs of the school buildings, students or school activities. These appear alongside the school crest in teachers' home screens after sign-in. Only use photos the school is authorised to display.

This application belongs to your school. Headmasters can update school contact and term details; teachers can view them. School registration and fees are managed privately outside this app.

Read the Ghanaian curriculum references supplied for your subjects. Draft references are clearly labelled; official content is approved centrally and cannot be altered from a school app.

Selectable names for different education levels. Full authoritative indicators must be added from verified source files.

Import a scheme in CSV, Word, Excel or text-based PDF (the latter requires an online parser). You can inspect and correct every detected row before saving.

School subscription information

The application shows whether your school’s current term is active. Registration, price changes and renewals are managed by the separate platform owner control centre. No payment is collected inside the school application at present.

If access is restricted, ask your headmaster to contact the platform owner. Your saved records are not deleted because a term expires.
